I live in the neighborhood and stopped in to watch one of the bowl games on a huge screen. No food, just beer, Great selection and great service from the bartender.
Lucky’s is great neighborhood bar.
Next on the agenda — hamburgers and fries”

I can’t believe I’ve been sleeping on this place. I remember when they were building it a few months ago and I was like “this isn’t gonna last” but I was wrong.”
Came here with a group of people around 1 and we were seated immediately.
The food was really good. They have a great selection and you can choose between beef, chicken or turkey for your burger. I opted for the fish sandwich and it was primo! I nibbled off my co-workers onion rings while I shoveled down my tater tots.

Dog friendly burger restaurant–I’m in! The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a burger while your pooch enjoys meeting new friends and probably begging for a bite of your tasty Chihuahua or Bloodhound…burger that it. I love that the burgers are all named after a specific breed of dog, but what matters most is that the burgers are really tasty! The owner came over and introduced himself and pointed out the photos of his dog, Lucky, the inspiration for the restaurant.
Don’t worry, there’s more than just burgers on the menu, but I have to admit, I usually come for the burgers.
A great spot to watch sports, grab a beer, or spend quality time with your pup.

Great food and excellent service. Their blackened fish sandwich was excellent. I’ll definitely be back to try out more burger selections and appetizers. Whatever they are doing now, I hope they never change.

We love coming here every time we visit “home”. The have delicious burgers, the BEST onion rings and the owner is so kind. He always comes by to see how the meal is. If you are a dog lover, this is a place that must be on your list.

Lucky’s is the perfect atmosphere and patio on a beautiful day for dining out with dogs and/or kids. Great friendly attentive service and relaxed atmosphere. Yummy food too. I love getting together with my girlfriends and our children (furry and human) at Lucky’s.
Tip – great sweet potato fries!

They remember us, our drink orders, and our food orders every visit. We eat here about once a month but they’ve learned who we are and what we eat. We are creatures of habit. They also remember out dog and love on her a lot and that is very cool.
The food here is good. You won’t leave hungry. The sauce that comes with the sweet potato fries is really yummy. I’ve never eaten a bad burger here. Try it! Take your dog along for some good fun.

What a cool place..
Lucky’s is named after the owner’s Golden Retriever, and I’m a sucker for Goldens!
Most of the dishes are named after other types of dogs: Chihuahua, Georgia Dawg, Poodle Chaser, and of course, Retriever, among others.
I enjoyed the simple Piedmont Salad (I had to be different and order something without a dog name.. JK it just looked awesome and healthyish!). Super green greens (no sad, colorless lettuce here), with a few slices of Granny Smith apples, fried brie croutons and raspberry vinaigrette dressing. I really liked that there wasn’t a ton of random toppings flattening all my greens. The portions were good for the most part, but I would have loved more apple slices because they were so fresh and juicy.
My lunch mate got a burger, and later realized that it was less $$ than she thought it’d be. Burgers are $8 on Wednesdays!
While we ate, we saw the owner talking to many of the other tables and even sitting with a few. It’s really nice to see such personable service, and it’s obvious that a lot of the people in there were regulars!
Lucky’s does a lot of events that benefit various charities and non-profits. Their patio is really nice looking and bigger than it looks from the road. It is also pup-friendly! So, bring your best friend along when you go for a drink or meal. Definitely a great place to support OTP! 🙂

We went to Lucky’s Burgers and Brew last night for family night for my son’s 1st grade class to benefit the Drake House for homeless women and children. My wife and I had a blast with the kids. Awesome environment and it’s canine friendly so as a dog lover, they have already won points with me. The Owner/Manager, Diane, was very nice and friendly to everyone. The servers were all menu knowledgeable, attentive and awesome and the place is dog-friendly. Lucky is a beautiful dog. We had the Mahi sandwich and it was delicious. Kudos to Lucky’s. The kids already want to go back LOL!

Awesome food and service. Dog friendly! I recommend the Memphis Blood Hound burger or the Taco Burger. Amazing!
